Inside Our Petaluma Community: Titan Chiropractic’s Local Partners, Events, and Family Life

Titan Chiropractic is more than an office on Professional Drive. We are part of Petaluma. Dr. Reilly Dolcini grew up just west of town on his family’s cattle ranch, and his family has been in this valley since the mid-1800s. So when we talk about caring for families in Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati, Rohnert Park, and the rest of Sonoma County, we are talking about our neighbors.

This is a look at where you might bump into your Petaluma chiropractor around town, who we team up with, and why a nervous system office spends so much time outside its own four walls.

Why a nervous system office cares about your whole week

Here is what we believe, in plain words. Your body is designed to work at 100 percent. Symptoms are signals, not enemies. When the nervous system gets overloaded, function slips. Gentle adjustments clear those stress patterns, and the body does the correcting itself.

Picture the breaker box in your house. When too much load runs through one circuit, a breaker trips. Nothing is broken. The power just stopped flowing to that room. An adjustment is us finding the tripped breaker and flipping it back on.

Now here is the part people miss. Your breaker box does not only get loaded inside our office. It gets loaded on the drive up Highway 101, at the early morning workout, during the fourth night in a row of broken sleep, and in the week your kid started a new school. The load happens out there. So that is where we go.

Bodyrok Petaluma: movement your brain can actually use

Bodyrok Petaluma is one of our partner studios, and their style of class fits how we think. The work is slow, controlled, and precise. You are not flinging weight around. You are asking your body to hold a position and know exactly where it is.

That last part is a nervous system skill. Before your brain can move a joint well, it has to know where that joint is in space. Controlled movement feeds the brain better information. Our job is to clear the interference so that information gets through cleanly. Their job is to give your body good reps. The two fit together nicely.

Jake Fulton Fit: strength starts with a signal

Jake Fulton Fit is a local gym we partner with, and it is where we have hosted Coffee With the Doc mornings for their members.

We like talking to gym people because strength is not only muscle. Before a muscle contracts, a nerve has to tell it to. Timing, coordination, and recovery all run through the same wiring. When that wiring is clean, training feels different, and so does the day after.

Is this you? If you train hard in Petaluma and your body is not keeping up with your effort, that is worth a real conversation. You can pick a time and come get looked at any week.

Coffee With the Doc, health talks, and where you might find us

Most weeks Dr. Reilly is somewhere other than the office for at least part of it. He gives health talks at gyms, studios, and community spaces around Petaluma and the North Bay. The format is simple. A short talk on how the nervous system runs the show, real questions from real people, and no pressure to book anything.

We bring the scan conversation into those rooms too, because this is all easier to understand when you can see it on a screen.

Dinner With the Doc and days spent giving back

We also host Dinner With the Doc nights for our practice families. Small group, good meal, and an hour of straight answers about kids, pregnancy, sleep, stress, and what the nervous system has to do with all of it. Our families bring the questions. Dr. Reilly brings the whiteboard.

Alongside that, we set aside days to serve locally. A practice that asks a town to trust it should also show up for that town when there is nothing in it for the office.

What Petaluma family life does to a nervous system

Think about a normal week here. Traffic on the 101. Two kids in two different sports. A dog, a job, a house, and a phone that never stops. Add a new baby, and now nobody has slept properly in months.

None of that is a crisis. It is just load. And load adds up.

For kids the load looks different. It starts with the physical stress of birth, then stacks up through falls, screens, sitting, sugar, sickness, and the emotional weather of the house. We call that the Perfect Storm. It is rarely one big event. It is a pile of small ones. That is why most of our households end up in family care together instead of one person coming in alone.

What happens when a Petaluma family walks in

We don’t guess. We test, adjust, and retest.

On a first visit we listen first, then we run the INSIGHT scans. There are three of them, and they are all comfortable. Nothing pokes and nothing shocks. Most kids think it is fun.

neuroCORE reads the electrical activity running along the spine, so we can see where nerve energy is stuck on or running low.

neuroTHERMAL reads the heat pattern down the spine. That pattern is run by the automatic nerves, the ones quietly controlling organs and glands without you thinking about it.

neuroPULSE reads the rhythm of the heartbeat. This is the one that shows us the gas pedal and the brake. Some people are riding the gas and cannot find the brake.

Those three combine into one number from 0 to 100, called the CORESCORE. We keep it. Then we scan again later in care. The re-scan is the proof.

The adjustment itself uses the Zone Technique. For a baby, the pressure is about what you would use to check a ripe tomato at the market. For an adult it is specific and quick. Either way, gentle and precise beats forceful.

Bring us to your gym, studio, school, or workplace

If you run a gym, a studio, a mom group, a birth practice, or a business anywhere in Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati, or Rohnert Park, we would love to come talk to your people. Health talks run about 30 minutes, they cost you nothing, and we bring the scans when the space allows.

The short version

Strong. Clear. Unshakable. That is what we want for the families in this town. Built like a Titan is not just a sticker on a truck window. It is what a body does when the nervous system stops fighting itself.

Is this you? If your family has been meaning to get checked, or you have already been down a few other roads and want someone to look at the wiring itself, we are right here in town. Grab a first visit and we will show you what we find.
