Meet Dr. Reilly Dolcini, the Pediatric and Prenatal Chiropractor Behind Titan Chiropractic in Petaluma
Most people meet a chiropractor before they know much about him. You book a visit. You walk in. You hope he is kind and that he knows what he is doing.
We think you should get to know Dr. Reilly first.
So here is the story behind Titan Chiropractic in Petaluma. Where he comes from, how he trained, and why he cares for babies, pregnant moms, and whole families the way he does.
He grew up just west of Petaluma
Dr. Reilly Dolcini was born and raised on his family’s cattle ranch, just west of town.
His family came here from Switzerland in the mid-1800s. They have been part of this valley ever since. That is generations of Petaluma dirt.
So when he talks about caring for families in Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati, and the rest of Sonoma County, he is not talking about a market. He is talking about home. These are the roads he grew up on and the fields he grew up in.
Ranch life also taught him something that shows up in the office every day. On a ranch, you watch living things heal. You give a body what it needs. Then you get out of the way and let it do the work. That idea never left him.
Kinesiology first, then chiropractic school
Before chiropractic, Dr. Reilly studied Kinesiology at Chico State. He graduated with honors. Kinesiology is the study of how the human body moves. Muscles, joints, nerves, all of it.
That is where the questions started. Why does one person move well and another does not? Why does one body bounce back and another stays stuck?
He kept following those questions all the way to chiropractic school in Texas. He and his wife Cydney moved to the Dallas area so he could train. Then in the fall of 2025 they packed up the tables and the equipment and drove it all home to Petaluma. Titan Chiropractic opened its doors in January 2026.
Why the nervous system, and not a room full of machines
Here is where Titan is a little different.
A lot of offices offer a long menu. Machines, belts, pads, tables that do a dozen things.
Dr. Reilly chose one thing and went deep. He adjusts. That is it.
The reason is simple. Your brain and your body talk to each other all day long over your nerves. Signals go up, signals come down. When that conversation is clear, your body runs the way it was designed to run. When stress piles up and the signal gets scrambled, function slips.
Think of the electrical panel in your garage. When too much load lands on one circuit, a breaker trips. Nothing is broken. The power is just interrupted until someone flips it back on.
A gentle, specific adjustment is how he helps flip that switch. He is not forcing anything. He is clearing the interference so the body can do what it already knows how to do.
That is why the office does not add machines. The adjustment is the tool. Everything else stays out of the way.
The technique he uses, and where it came from
Dr. Reilly adjusts using the Zone Technique.
It goes back to 1931 and a chiropractor named Dr. Thurman Fleet. It was modernized decades later by Dr. Peter Goldman. The idea is that the brain runs the body through six systems, or zones. Glandular. Eliminative. Nervous. Digestive. Muscular. Circulatory.
Before he adjusts, he does a quick head check at six points. That check tells him which zone is asking for help today. Then he adjusts the specific spinal points connected to that zone. You leave with a Zone Slip so you can see exactly what was worked on.
It is quiet, focused work. No twisting a baby. No cracking a toddler. For little ones the pressure is about what you would use to check a ripe tomato at the market.
We don’t guess. We test, adjust, and retest.
That line is on the wall for a reason.
Dr. Reilly did not want to build an office that runs on opinions. So every new patient starts with three scans from our INSIGHT technology. No needles. No radiation. Your child can usually sit right on your lap.
The first scan is neuroCORE. It reads the electrical activity, the nerve energy, running along the spine.
The second is neuroTHERMAL. It reads the heat pattern down the spine, which is run by the automatic nerves that control organs and glands.
The third is neuroPULSE. It reads the rhythm of the heartbeat. This is the one that shows us the gas pedal and the brake, and whether the body can shift between them the way it should.
Those three come together into one number from 0 to 100 called the CORESCORE. That is your starting line.
Then, weeks later, we scan again. Same three scans, same body, new picture. That re-scan is the honest part. It is how we show you what actually changed instead of asking you to take our word for it.
Webster-certified, and why moms and babies became the focus
Dr. Reilly is Webster-certified through the ICPA, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Webster is a specific way of checking and adjusting a pregnant mom’s pelvis. The sacrum, the hip bones, the ligaments that hold it all together. The goal is comfort and balance while her body is being remodeled from the inside out. It is bone and alignment work. It is not soft tissue or pelvic floor work, and those go to the specialists who do them best.
The pediatric side grew from there, naturally. Mom comes in pregnant. Baby arrives. Mom brings the baby. Then the toddler. Then dad. Then grandma.
That is the practice he wanted to build. Not a revolving door of strangers, but whole families, over years, in the town he grew up in.
What meeting him is actually like
He listens first. That is the whole opening of a first visit. Nobody rushes you onto a table.
Then come the scans, then a gentle first adjustment. You come back within a day or two, and he walks you through what the scans showed. Plain words, on a screen, questions welcome. If care makes sense for you, he says so and shows you why. If something belongs with another provider, he says that too, and he helps you get there.
You will probably meet Cydney at the front as well. She is his wife and part of the team.
Is this you?
Maybe you have been carrying something for a while and you are tired of guessing. Maybe you are pregnant and you would like someone who works with pregnant bodies all day. Maybe you have a little one and you want a doctor who will explain what he sees before he ever touches your child.
If that sounds like you, come meet him. Booking a first visit is simple, and you can always call the office at 707-242-6624 with a question first.
Strong. Clear. Unshakable. Built like a Titan.
